Ladera Ranch Welcomes Newport Rib Company

Newport Rib Company at Ladera Ranch opened its doors in September 2005 to a much anticipated welcome from Rib Company faithful and area newcomers. The third location of the Ursini family owned and operated restaurants, Newport Rib Company at Ladera Ranch features familiar catering, take-out, banquets and dine-in service of Southern California's most delicious barbeque of baby-back ribs, steaks, chicken and more.

"Any time you take your family name into a new community, especially to the warm and friendly people of Ladera Ranch, you want to make sure everything is just right," said Fran Ursini, founder and patriarch of Newport Rib Companies. "Even though we hoped to be serving sooner, now that we're open we've been greeted with nothing but smiles from all that have come to try out Newport Rib Company at Ladera Ranch."

The full-service restaurant and bar features indoor and outdoor family seating, a spacious bar with three high-resolutions televisions and the same friendly service that is a hallmark of every Ursini operation.

21 Days of Charity

To help commemorate the opening, Newport Rib Company at Ladera Ranch celebrated 21 Days of Charity, a unique fundraising event for local charities. Honoring the Ursini family's 21 years of serving delicious barbeque, 21 Days of Charity benefited 21 charitable organizations within the Ladera Ranch and surrounding communities.
