Pick up with all food amounts, martini cups, serving items, spoons, cocktail napkins (chafing dishes are $25 per unit)

Brisket-tinis for Golf Tournaments

$15.50 per person - minimum 100 guests

All of the above with 5 hours of serving time and pop-up tent, pull up sign, linen table cloth, $25 gift certificate for auction or raffle

Brisket-tinis Catered with Staff

$12.50 per person - minimum 60 guests

Catered with Newport Rib Company staff for 2 hours to assemble and serve (Includes all of the above and chafing dishes)

Sliders for Golf Tournaments

$15.50 per person - minimum 100 guests

2 Sliders (Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken, Chopped Beef Brisket) per person served with coleslaw and drizzled with BBQ sauce and ranch dressing .
