The Famous Buffet - $35 per person (includes tax  and gratuity)

Includes: Baby Back Ribs, Barbecued Chicken, Louisiana Hot Sausages, Southwestern BBQ Chopped Salad, Macaroni & Chee, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Corn bread, Honey Butter, Soft Drinks. Add $3 per person for Appetizers (choose 3 from Potato Skins, Deep Fried Mozzarella Cheese, Deep Fried Zucchini, Spicy Buffalo Wings, Louisiana Sausage Bites or The Famous Onion Brick). Add $3 per person for Dessert (1/2 slice of Hershey's Peanut Butter Ice Cream pie.). Cost is $35 per person to have both Appetizers and Dessert. Less expensive options are available. Please ask our managers for ideas.

Other options to add to your Buffet:

Tri-Tip. Pulled Pork, Beef Ribs, or Sliced Beef Brisket.....add $3/person (add 2 of these for $5/person)

Make the Buffet "ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT"......add $7/person

Other items may be substituted or added for a nominal fee.

Some ideas: Green Salad, Potato Salad, Caesar Salad, Pasta Primavera (vegetarian), Blackened Chicken Pasta, Mashed Sweet Potatoes or Barbecued Beans, to name a few. Just ask us!

For groups of 40 or more, a private room is included decorated in your Team colors, a big screen TV, PowerPoint presentation capabilities, VCR and sound system with podium and cordless microphone.

Sit Down / Plate Served Banquets

All dinners include Fresh Fruit, Vegetable, Corn bread with Honey Butter. Please pre-choose any two of the following side dish options to accompany each dinner: Barbecued Beans, Cole Slaw, Rice Pilaf, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, French Fries, Baked Potato, Potato Salad or Mac 'n Cheese. Add $3 for Green Salad.

Guest’s choice of Baby Back Ribs, Slow Roasted BBQ Tri-Tip, BBQ Chicken (1/2 chicken or
Boneless Breast) or combination of the three.
