Full Service Catering with Newport Rib Company includes everything you need to plan the perfect event. Our sports team event catering menu includes:

MENU: Baby Back Ribs (4-5 bones per person) OR Slow-Roasted Tri-tip; Barbecued Chicken (1/4 per person); Two Sides (select from list below); Cornbread, Honey Butter, Barbecue Sauce, Plates, Napkins, Forks, Knives, Mini Washcloths, Custom Bibs (with catered service), tablecloths, serving utensils, and to-go containers for leftovers.

 Service charges applied to all catered events.  Gratuity is not included & greatly appreciated by our staff.

$20 per dish and includes one 2-hour sterno

Delivery of all items; set up of buffet with chafing dishes, eating and serving utensils, and plates; clearing of all Rib Company items; and clean up of kitchen facilities (if applicable).
